Sue Cooper co-owns the Little Valley Brewery in Cragg Vale, just outside Hebden Bridge, with partner Wim van der Spek. Little Valley was commissioned by Calrec to produce a bottled light ale for IBC 2011 to celebrate the launch of its new Artemis Light console.
